​CK CLUB PROJECT (LOYALTY PLATFORM)​

  • Create weekly, monthly as well as ad-hoc dashboards for committees and Top Management.

  • Analyse the performance of campaigns, products, and categories in each cluster and coordinate with the CRM team to come up with the most suitable promotions for each specific cluster of customers.

  • Analyse customer behaviour, such as their purchasing hour&weekday, their top purchases products and promotion campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis.

Achievements:

  • Establish an ETL (Extract-Transform-Loading) process using Power Query Python for data cleaning and automating reporting process for E-Commerce and Loyalty platform data.

  • Segment Loyalty Platform's customers using K-mean Clustering to derive their shopping behaviour.

 

​CK GO, GO JEK, SHOPEEFOOD (DELIVERY PLATFORM)

  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports template for all E-Commerce services.

  • Analyse the traffic on the CK GO website using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio

  • Analyse the performance of E-commerce services by KPI and weekly meetings with relevant departments to improve the services.

Achievements:

  • Automate online delivery service daily and weekly reports.

  • Create dashboards for all E-Commerce platforms for relevant teams to keep track and take swift action if necessary.

  • Perform Cross Market Basket to support cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and work with the E-commerce team to recommend a combination of suitable products

  • Create a master dashboard to view existing services in each brick&mortar store.

  • Establish a supplier/partners assessment framework for reviewing their past performance.

  • Consolidate and perform analysis on Services on a weekly/monthly basis and work with the BD team to deliver an actionable plan

  • Tracking the income of existing services and expenses of Marketing department

Achievements:

  • Build a preliminary forecasting model for Company's Services Income.

  • Perform RFM Analysis to segment customers based on their purchasing behaviour.
